“Motion is lotion”.

Amber graduated from the University of The Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor in Clinical Exercise Physiology in December of 2022. She worked as an Allied Health Assistant prior to completing her degree.

Her previous experience included working in a specialised space primarily focused on neurological rehabilitation. Amber has now branched out to evolve and involve herself into other demographics of the exercise physiology space. She has a strong passion for healthy body movement, corrective exercises, chronic pain management, neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries - acute and/or chronic.

Amber brings a fun energy to her healthcare whilst providing education and prescribing evidence based practise to the people she helps. She has a great passion in assisting people to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. Amber has further developed her skillset in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation and the GLA:D program (osteoarthritis exercise rehabilitation focused on the knees and hips).

To date, Amber has helped veterans, people managing their chronic disease, pre and post bariatric surgery, and a variety of NDIS clients with complex cases and conditions. Additionally, Amber has worked with a number of neurodiverse children and group therapy.

When she’s not helping others, Amber engages in various creative and artistic pursuits such as painting, musicianship, dance, writing and reading.
