Bronte Naylor
Exercise Physiologist
Bronte graduated from the University of Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the end of 2024. Bronte brings a lifelong passion for competitive sport and movement to her role at The Allied Health Team. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, her journey in sports ranging from competitive dancing, running, swimming and surf lifesaving and has deeply shaped her belief that exercise is medicine and assists every condition. Bronte has also received her full dance diploma and is a qualified teacher in all styles from ballet to acro.
She is driven to improve everyone’s quality of life through personalised, evidence-based exercise interventions and is especially passionate about educating others and making exercise the highlight of everyone’s day no matter their background or condition. Bronte is particularly interested in neurological rehabilitation, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions where her goal is to help people regain their function, strength, independence, and confidence within their bodies.
