Food is our common ground, a universal experience” - James Beard

Chloe graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Dietetics in 2022. From there she took on a rewarding role providing dietetic services to remote communities in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. Despite loving the connections she made with both the people and the land; being a born and bred Sunny Coast local she returned to her roots in 2024, joining The Allied Health Team.

Chloe has a diverse range of interests, and strives to help people “cut through the noise” when it comes to nutrition information. She has experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds and particularly enjoys helping people with high cholesterol, prediabetes and new Type 2 Diabetes diagnoses, early-stage kidney disease, and metabolic-associated fatty liver disease. She takes a non-diet approach to her work and believes in holistic treatment that focuses on the person and their lifestyle, not just the number on the scales.

In her downtime, Chloe is a self-professed ‘horse girl’ who also loves baking, music, reading and scuba diving - having lived on a boat for many years in her childhood.
